Liquid fuel transportations

Simeon's capability in the transportation of liquid fuels is based on the unification of four strong liquid fuel transportation experts. In June 2007 the businesses of Transuotila Oy, Veljekset Ollila and Kuljetusliike Mäkeläinen were transferred to Simeon, creating one efficient entity operating in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

The transportations of liquid fuels are an example of customer service at its most concrete. Our drivers can at best, visit the yards of thirty different families during one work shift. When dealing with individual people in their home yard, the driver must also be capable of other than just matters connected to the transportations.

With liquid fuels, such as with the chemicals, safety and quality are the basis of all developments. The transportation company and its container vehicles are the clients' mobile advertisement, which all road travellers will recognise. The care of the clients' trade marks is therefore part of our responsibility and it's also a responsibility that we accept.

In liquid fuel transportations the computer programs and supervision of client tanks are significant. Our load planner supervises, from the office, almost 600 client stations by following their surface levels and their product consumptions. Completion deliveries are planned on a 100% delivery guarantee principle, by optimizing logistic costs.

Deliveries to the fuel stations is perhaps the most visible part of Simeon's work, and also the most important part, when thinking of other everyday road users. We are aware of our responsibility towards public.
